Guadalest’s auxiliary clinic is at Carretera de Alcoy, 18, within the Callosa d’en Sarrià primary-care organisation. Its official page lists a limited schedule on particular days and refers out-of-hours care to the Callosa centre. If you are touring the valley or staying in rural accommodation, the existence of this clinic should not be taken to mean a permanently open service.
