Who provides the service

Registration and scope

Only the administrator creates accounts, assigns listings and sets plans. An application does not activate a contract, payment, renewal or publication. Before a paid service, an offer states scope, price, taxes, duration, renewal and cancellation; express acceptance is required. A listing facilitates contact and does not replace contracting directly with the tourism provider.

Launch, prices and locations

Esencial includes one listing and three tags; it is free during launch and its future price is €60/year plus VAT, after notice and acceptance. No end date has been set and there is no automatic move to billing. Multilocal proposes up to three listings and six tags per listing for €150/year plus VAT; Colección, up to six listings and ten tags per listing for €240/year plus VAT. All include one image per listing. Listings must represent real distinct locations or services, without duplication to occupy search results. Public-interest institutions are listed free as editorial information.

Editing, accuracy and images

Clients may propose changes to their own listings but cannot publish directly or change their plan. They must describe real services, hold required operating permissions and provide applicable registrations, including registration and exact location for tourist-use dwellings. They must upload only their own photographs or images with sufficient permission and provide author and licence where required. They authorise technical adjustments needed to show that image in the listing and retain their rights. Changes are reviewed before publication.

Ordering, advertising and results

The directory is ordered alphabetically and filters use categories, location and tags. Guides are presented by topic and editorial judgement. Payment does not purchase an editorial recommendation or an organic ranking. Colección allows participation in the rotation of labelled banners, without a fixed position or minimum impressions. Control Táctil brands are labelled as own advertising. The dashboard shows aggregated consented views and clicks: these are not unique people, completed calls, sales or bookings. We do not guarantee traffic or commercial results.

Corrections, notices and moderation

You can report errors or potentially unlawful content to info@controltactil.com or through the contact form. Include the exact URL, the reason, information allowing us to check it, your name and a reply email. Do not send medical information or unnecessary sensitive documents. We will review the notice and may correct, seek clarification, restrict or remove content for inaccuracy, third-party rights, risk, abusive use or breach of these terms. The decision and reasons will be communicated to the affected party where appropriate. You may request a review through the same channel and provide further information.

Access, changes and termination

Clients see their own listings, proposals and aggregate results; the administrator oversees all accounts. Statistics do not provide individual visitor information. Clients may request corrections, an export of their texts or removal by contacting us. Suspension prevents further sessions and removes public listings, while retaining information needed for review and legal obligations. Any applicable contractual change will be notified with the legally required notice; the portal does not apply retroactive charges or automatic renewals.
