What AlicanteResort provides

AlicanteResort is an editorial tourism directory for the province of Alicante. Listings link to official sources and may be updated or corrected. An enquiry is not a booking, contract or payment. Availability, prices and third-party services must be confirmed with the venue. Sponsored content will be clearly identified.

Form information and purpose

We request your name, email and message to handle enquiries, quote requests and business applications. Applications include the business name and plan of interest. Enquiries are handled on the basis of the consent you give when submitting; you may withdraw it at any time. Required fields are needed to handle your request. We do not ask for payment details or sensitive information.

Enquiries are stored in the website’s private administration area. They are not published, automatically forwarded to venues or added to an advertising list. If handling a request requires sharing information with a third party, we will inform you first. Hosting providers may be involved in the technical provision of the service.

Retention and your rights

We retain information while it is needed to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, to meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, where applicable, and withdraw consent by writing to info@controltactil.com. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing.

Cookies, links and imagery

We use Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics cookies. Its purpose is to understand visits and pages viewed so we can improve the portal. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page by choosing “Reject analytics”. Rejecting does not restrict access to the website. Before you accept, the Google tag is not loaded and no measurements are sent to Analytics.

Measurement uses cookie identifiers and technical browser and device information. We send the page address without query parameters or fragments and limit the referring page to its domain. We do not send form fields, names, email addresses, messages or terms entered in our search box. We do not enable personalised advertising or Google signals. Google receives the network connection required to provide its service; we do not describe this information as anonymous.

When you reject, we stop new measurements and remove Analytics cookies accessible on this domain. Withdrawal does not automatically erase information already processed with consent. You can exercise your rights by contacting info@controltactil.com. You can also delete cookies in your browser; if you do, we will ask for your choice again.

Google provides the Analytics service. Its processing may involve international transfers. See the applicable terms, transfer safeguards and provider information: Google data processing terms, transfer frameworks, data use on partner sites.

Protecting account access

We limit failed login attempts to protect accounts. Temporary HMAC keys are derived from the connection and the identifier entered, without storing the IP or username in readable form in these counters. Their validity window is at most 15 minutes. This processing serves the legitimate interest of preventing abusive access and protecting the service; it is not used for advertising or browsing tracking.

Private accounts and public listings

The administrator creates business accounts. Login email and internal account information are not shown on listings. Public contact fields, descriptions, tags and the approved photograph are published. We process account information to provide the requested service and manage the contractual relationship or requested pre-contractual steps; professional and institutional contact details are limited to their role, with a legitimate interest in providing useful, checked information. You may request correction or object through the operator’s email.

Photos and pending proposals

Change proposals and pending photographs are accessible only to the owning client and administrator. The image is validated and regenerated, removing metadata such as GPS location, before review. Do not upload documents, sensitive information or images for which you lack rights. Approving a replacement removes the previous photograph managed by this feature; submitting another photo proposal replaces the pending one.

Listing statistics and security

With your analytics consent, we count listing views and clicks on phone, email, website, directions and banners. We keep totals by listing, UTC day and action type for up to 13 months. Clients see totals for their own listings, not identities, IP addresses, messages or individual journeys. Signed-in sessions are not counted. To limit counter abuse, a secret-key-derived IP security value is used temporarily for 15 minutes; the statistics table does not store IP addresses or user agents. The hosting server may maintain its own technical logs to operate and protect the service.

Maps and sharing options

The address and Google Maps link are available without loading an embedded map. If you press “Load Google map”, your browser connects to Google and communicates technical data such as your IP; Google applies its own policy and may use cookies. This choice is separate from Analytics and is not remembered for future visits. “Close map” removes the frame but does not recover data already sent. Social and email buttons only open your chosen service when clicked; we do not load their tracking scripts.

Account and contact retention

We retain accounts and proposals while the relationship exists or information is needed for a request, complaint or legal duty. On a closure request, we review public removal and deletion or restricted retention as appropriate. Backups may retain previous versions during their rotation cycle. Credentials are handled through WordPress; the administrator is not shown the password in readable form. Recovery emails are generated only when account recovery is requested or the administrator orders that message.

WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator and client sessions. Website fonts and images are hosted on our domain. Own advertising is labelled and AI recreations are distinguished from licensed real photographs.
